His career began in the trenches as an apprentice, working his way through every vital role in the industry: service technician, installer, sales professional, and eventually, management. This comprehensive, 360-degree journey means he is uniquely well-versed in all aspects of residential plumbing, from minor service fixes to massive, complex installations.
As a co-owner, Alex brings a systems-driven approach to leadership. He believes that clear expectations and strong processes are the foundation of a great team. By holding his crew to high standards of accountability, he ensures that Permanent Solutions delivers both exceptional technical results and meaningful relationships with customers.
Life Outside the Blueprint: When he’s off the clock, Alex trades the wrench for family time. He is a proud husband and father who loves spending time outdoors and soaking up everything our beautiful city of San Diego has to offer.
