Passionate about building efficient operations and developing strong teams, Jamie has focused his career on creating scalable systems, implementing automation, and improving processes that enhance both the customer experience and team performance.
Known for his servant leadership style, Jamie is driven by a passion for teaching and mentoring others. He believes that investing in people is the foundation of every successful business and enjoys helping technicians and future leaders grow both professionally and personally. Jamie has a particular passion for excavation, sewer diagnostics, and solving complex drain challenges. He enjoys finding permanent solutions to difficult problems while helping customers protect their homes and giving his team the tools they need to succeed.
Outside of work, Jamie's greatest priorities are his faith, his family, and his marriage. He also enjoys adventure, including skydiving and cliff jumping, and believes that growth often comes from stepping outside of your comfort zone.
